Perfect getaway for a special night!
We had a nice stay for our anniversary! The room was comfy and super clean. We loved the jacuzzi tub! They even surprised us with champagne and snacks waiting when we arrived. The breakfast was decent, but it could’ve had a few more options. Really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere for our special celebration.

Ideal for wedding planning couples
We really appreciated the Victorian suite for our cocktail hour instead of the conservatory like we initially planned. The food at the reception was excellent, and we received endless compliments from our guests about how magical everything was.
It wasn’t cheap, but I guess it's acceptable for a special occasion.

The lobby exudes a charming, historic vibe with a cozy fireplace, setting a warm atmosphere. The renovated Standard King Room was clean and modern, a blend of boutique elegance. However, breakfast portions were quite small, resembling appetizers, and the morning fare could benefit from heartier options like real ham and scrambled eggs. Despite a couple of food issues, the friendliness of the staff and the overall ambiance made the experience enjoyable.

This was just an excellent fit for a weekend adventure in Morristown with excellent value for money. The breakfast had a great selection of meats and cheese and was more varied than usual. Arrive early for breakfast to avoid the crowd.

The Standard King Room was super spacious and really comfortable. Loved the easy chair and desk setup. The amenities were nice too—had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Only downside was some noise from renovations, but it was tolerable. Overall, a nice place to rest after a long day.

I thought the historic ambiance at Madison was really charming. The elegant decor throughout the hotel created a lovely atmosphere. I loved the spacious lobby, making it easy to relax before heading out. My room offered great comfort with nice sheets, but the bed had a noticeable dip in the middle. My son found his bed comfortable though, so maybe it was just mine. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a good selection, but it could include more variety like eggs or ham. I did hear some noise from the nearby train station during the day, which was slightly disruptive. Service was generally friendly, but check-in could have been smoother since staff didn't mention the train when I asked for a room away from it. Overall, the location was convenient and the food quite pleasant. Would consider returning, but would make specific requests about room features.
